Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) 2024 Applications Available

North Central Oklahoma Continuum of Care (CoC), in conjunction with the Oklahoma Department of Commerce, is accepting Emergency Solutions Grant applications. All applications must conform to the Request for Applications (RFA) document released by the Oklahoma Department of Commerce (ODOC).

All applications must be submitted in OK-Grants as detailed in the ODOC RFA. Below is the link to the OK-Grants website and registration instructions.

All applications submitted through OK-Grants will be assigned to confidential reviewers by ODOC. Once the reviews are complete, the scores will then be sent to the CoC. The CoC will review the application scores and make funding recommendations to ODOC. The CoC will give preference to applications demonstrating a thorough understanding of the program, an established shelter or voucher system, and financial budgets of $100,000 or less. As noted in the RFA, ODOC reserves the right to refuse funding to applications that receive less than 50% of the total points available. The CoC also reserves the right to refuse funding to applications receiving scores less than 50% of the total points available.
